Neal A. Roth

Neal A. Roth brings the highest level of expertise to the process of dispute resolution. Neal’s distinguished career as a trial lawyer spanned over four decades, during which he gained valuable and balanced insight as a trial lawyer through his representation of both  plaintiffs and defendants. Moreover, Neal’s legal career was characterized by his expert handling of intensely complex high exposure cases. Neal is well known amongst trial lawyers for his reputation of excellence as an advocate and for his impeccable ethics in the practice of law. In 2025, Neal concluded his career as a trial lawyer to become a full time dispute resolution neutral. Neal now applies the unique experience he derived from an elite level trial career to foster the process of dispute resolution.

One studied the public’s participation as jurors and the other recommended a new Rule of Civil Procedure which was adopted by the Florida Supreme Court.

In addition to his trial career and service to the profession, Neal has been a sought after speaker and commentator.  He has served as a lecturer to various professional groups, including physicians, hospital administrators, nurses, and other attorneys. He has also appeared on television news programs as a commentator on personal injury and medical malpractice litigation.

Neal has witnessed firsthand the immense emotional and financial toll exacted from all parties in the course of traditional litigation and understands the value of creating a process of communication where everyone is heard and respected.  He is dedicated to supporting parties and mediation participants through the process of reaching a mutually beneficial resolution of any dispute.
