Experienced Mediator Maureen Deskins Joins ADRsource

ADRsource proudly announces that mediator Maureen Deskins has joined the firm's distinguished panel. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Deskins was a member of KD Mediation and has significant experience, mediating a broad range of cases including personal injury, commercial, and employment matters.

Prior to becoming a mediator, Ms. Deskins was a trial lawyer as both plaintiff and defense counsel. She also served as corporate counsel for the largest privately held hospitality company in North America, with hotels, restaurants, and retail properties in the United States and Canada. In that role, Ms. Deskins advised company leadership on corporate matters, litigated and managed outside counsel, all of which solidified her strong belief in the value of mediation and self-determination.
